Caravanning and Camping at Alison House

The Camping and Caravan site at Alison House is situated at the side of the House with views across to Black Rocks and only a short walk from Cromford village centre.

The one acre gently sloping site is sheltered yet has open views

We accept bookings from Caravans, Motor Homes, Trailer Tents and Tents

There is one Toilet with Wash Basin and mains water tap also a chemical disposal point is available. We also offer use of a washing machine and a freezer facility

Customers of the camp site are also able to use the Bar, Lounge and Gardens at Alison House to relax in  and also eat in the restaurant if they wish ,Breakfasts are also available to campers and caravanners at a price of £9.50 per person

Also within a Mile of the site there are food shops a takeaway, a children’s play area, fishing on the river Derwent, Bottled Gas available and a public Telephone

The caravan site is restricted to camping and caravanning club members which costs £37.00 per year to join

Site fees are £7.00 per unit per night

Directions

On the main A6 Derby to Matlock road, turn left 100 yards before the traffic lights at Cromford into Intake Lane. Bear right into Alison House, the site is on the left through the car park.
